1. What FUBAR Car is

FUBAR Car (fubarcar.com) is a directory that connects people with scrap, junk, or otherwise F'd up cars to local buyers in their county. We do not buy cars ourselves and we are not a party to any transaction between you and a listed buyer.

2. For sellers (end users)

Using the directory is free. Any deal you make with a listed buyer is strictly between you and that buyer. Do your own due diligence on pricing, pickup, title transfer, and payment.

3. For buyers (paid listings)

Buyer listings are sold as monthly subscriptions (Platinum, Gold, or Silver) through Stripe. Only one buyer per tier per county. Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled through the billing portal. Cancellations free up the county slot for another buyer.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your listing information and for complying with all laws applicable to buying scrap or salvage vehicles in your jurisdiction.

4. SMS messaging program (buyers only)

FUBAR Car (Shark Auto Sales LLC) sends text messages only to listed buyers who have provided express written consent by checking the SMS opt-in box during buyer signup. We do not text sellers or general site visitors. Messages are sent from +1 (321) 382-2786.

• Program name: FUBAR Car Account Notifications (Shark Auto Sales LLC).
• Message types: account, billing, and customer-care notifications about your own listing and subscription, including a notification when a visitor submits the contact form on your listing page so you can log in and respond. We do not send marketing or promotional messages.
• Message frequency: varies based on activity on your own listing.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply. FUBAR Car does not charge for the SMS itself; your mobile carrier's standard rates apply.
• HELP: reply HELP to +1 (321) 382-2786, or email info@fubarcar.com.
• STOP / opt-out: reply STOP to +1 (321) 382-2786 at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further messages, unless you opt back in.
• Supported carriers: messages are supported on major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Privacy: mobile numbers and SMS consent information are handled per our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, share, or otherwise disclose mobile phone numbers or SMS consent information to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
• Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can use and manage your listing entirely by email and through your online account without opting in to SMS.

5. Refunds

Monthly fees are non-refundable. Cancel any time via your buyer account to stop future charges.

6. No warranties

The service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee buyer availability, pricing, lead volume, SMS deliverability, or the outcome of any transaction.
